Huawei3Com Cloud Lab (HCL), also known as H3C simulator. The H3C Cloud Lab, is a graphical user interface for the network device emulation software.

With the H3C Cloud Lab, user can virtualize various models of H3C network equipment, configurations. The software has a friendly and easy to use graphical user interface, user can simulate the full functionality of routers , switches and other network equipment, the user can use it to build a virtual network environment within the PC.
